Which ad platforms does it support?
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads support research, reporting, campaign work, and confirm-gated write actions. Shopify provides read-only commerce data for products, orders, revenue, and blended performance.
Which AI clients can I use?
ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or any client that supports MCP. You bring your own AI, so Muze does not charge you for model tokens.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. The Free plan gives you 25 read-only tool calls each month across all four connected platforms. Write actions such as pausing ads, changing budgets, or creating campaigns require a paid plan.
Can it spend money or change things without me?
No. Every write previews first and waits for your explicit confirmation. New campaigns are created paused, so nothing you create starts spending until you activate it.
Is it secure? Do you see my passwords?
Muze uses OAuth for supported connections and never asks for your platform passwords. Access is scoped to the accounts you authorize, and you can revoke it.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, through your own ad accounts. Muze operates your accounts on your behalf — it never touches or holds your ad budget, and you're never charged a percentage of spend.
Do I need existing ad accounts?
